Terms & Conditions
For eligible referrals, the existing customer who makes the referral (the "Customer") will receive one free month of monitoring (a value up to $49.99 plus tax, depending on the customer's service plan). The new customer referred tp Frontpoint by the Customer (the "Friend") will likewise receive one free month of monitoring for eligible referrals.
  • To be eligible to receive the one free month of monitoring (the "Referral Reward"):
  • The Friend must be a new Frontpoint customer that signed a valid 1-year or 3-year subscriber agreement for monitoring services, activated their equipment and account, and completed the 30-day risk free trial.
  • Both the Customer and the Friend must have active Frontpoint monitoring accounts in good standing (with no past due balances) at the time the Referral Reward is applied.
  • The Customer must provide the Friend's first and last name, and email address to Frontpoint using the link in the customer portal or at the following website: https://go.frontpoint.com/Refer-A-Friend. Alternatively, the Friend may inform their sales representative at the time of the initial phone call with Frontpoint at 844-224-7230 that they were referred by a particular Customer.
  • There is no limit to the number of Friends a Customer can refer, however, there is a maximum of 6 Referral Rewards per Customer per calendar year.
  • Only one Customer may receive a Referral Reward for referring a particular Friend. If multiple Customers submit the same Friend, the reward will be given only to the referral submitted first in time.
  • Referral Rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
  • Frontpoint employees and their family members are not eligible to receive Referral Rewards but may still refer new customers.
  • Frontpoint reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral rewards program at any time without notice.
  • Offer valid through 12/31/2024.
